Ingredientes:
(para 12 bombons)
- 1 colher (sopa) de margarina
- 2 gemas
- 2 latas de leite condensado
- 3 colheres (sopa) de castanha-do-pará picada
- 300 g de chocolate meio amargo picado
Confeção:
Leve uma panela ao lume com o leite condensado, as gemas e a margarina, mexendo sempre até obter um creme que se soltar do fundo do recipiente.
Deixe arrefecer e junte a castanha-do-pará.
Faça bolinhas e banhe-as no chocolate derretido. Deixe secar e sirva.
